وفي حديث الزهري في «باب ما يصرف فيه الفيء الذي لم يوجف عليه المسلمون بالقتال» ذكر فيه عن مالك بن أوس بن الحدثان، عن عمر قال: كانت أموال بني النضير مما أفاء الله على رسوله، الحديث. ذكر مسلم عن جماعةٍ من شيوخه، كلهم عن سفيان بن عيينة، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن الزهري.هكذا إسناده عند أبي أحمد. وسقط ذكر الزهري من هذا الإسناد في نسخة ابن ماهان والكسائي. والحديث محفوظٌ لابن عيينة، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن الزهري، عن مالك بن أوس، عن عمر.
