    وفي كتاب الوصايا حديث ابن عباس قالوا: «لو أن الناس نقصوا من الثلث إلى الربع» ذكره بأسانيده؛ آخرها: قال مسلم: نا أبو كريب، قال نا ابن نمير، عن هشام بن عروة، عن أبيه، عن ابن عباسٍ. هكذا روي عن أبي العلاء بن ماهان: مسلم عن أبي كريب، عن ابن نمير. وعن أبي أحمد الجلودي: مسلم عن أبي بكر بن أبي شيبة، قال نا ابن نمير.
