وفي «العتق» في «باب من تولى قوماً بغير إذن مواليه» ذكر فيه حديث الأعمش، عن أبي صالح، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال: «من تولى قوماً بغير إذن مواليه، فعليه لعنة الله». ثم عقب بعده: حدثنا إبراهيم بن دينار، قال نا عبيد الله بن موسى، نا شيبان، يعني النحوي أبا معاوية. وفي نسخة ابن ماهان: حدثنا إبراهيم، نا عبيد الله، نا سفيان، عن الأعمش. جعل سفيان بدل شيبان، والصواب: شيبان. ومثله في المناقب. قال مسلم: حدثنا القاسم بن زكريا، نا عبيد الله بن موسى، عن شيبان، عن الأعمش، عن مالك بن الحارث، عن أبي الأحوص: أتيت أبا موسى، الحديث في مناقب عبد الله بن مسعود، وليس عندهم في هذا الموضع خلاف.
