وفي «باب وطء الأمة بملك اليمين» ذكر فيه حديث سبايا أوطاس، من حديث سعيد بن أبي عروبة، عن قتادة، عن أبي الخليل، عن أبي علقمة الهاشمي، عن أبي سعيد الخدري. ثم أردفه بحديث شعبة، عن قتادة، عن أبي الخليل، عن أبي سعيد، قال: أصابوا سبايا يوم أوطاس. هكذا في نسخة أبي العلاء بن ماهان، وأبي أحمد الجلودي، لم يذكر أبا علقمة الهاشمي في حديث شعبة، وذكره في حديث سعيد بن أبي عروبة.وكذلك خرجه أبو مسعود الدمشقي من حديث مسلمٍ، كما ذكرنا بإسقاط أبي علقمة. وفي نسخة ابن الحذاء في إسناد شعبة: أبو علقمة، بين أبي الخليل وأبي سعيد، ولا أدري ما صحته.
