    وفي «غزوة خيبر -أيضاً-» قال البخاري: حدثنا عبيد بن إسماعيل، عن أبي أسامة، عن عبيد الله، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر: «أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى يوم خيبر عن أكل الثوم». وفي بعض النسخ في أول هذا الإسناد: نا عبيد الله بن إسماعيل، عن أبي أسامة، وهو: عبيد بن إسماعيل أبو محمد الهباري القرشي الكوفي، صاحب أبي أسامة من ولد هبار بن الأسود، ويقال: كان اسمه عبد الله، فغلب عليه عبيد، حتى صار له كاللقب، وقد حدث عنه منأهل بلدنا: محمد بن عبد السلام الخشني، فقال: نا عبد الله بن إسماعيل الهباري الكوفي.
