    وفي «باب إذا بعث الإمام رسولاً في حاجة» قال البخاري: حدثنا موسى بن إسماعيل، قال نا أبو عوانة، قال نا عثمان بن عبد الله بن موهب، عن ابن عمر، قال: «إنما تغيب عثمان عن بدر .. .. ) وذكر الحديث. هكذا روي هذا الإسناد عن ابن السكن وأبي زيد المروزي وغيرهما. وفي نسخة أبي محمد، عن أبي أحمد: نا موسى، نا أبو عوانة، نا عمرو بن عبد الله. هكذا قال: عمرو، وصوابه: عثمان بن عبد الله بن موهب. وقد تكرر هذا الحديث بهذا الإسناد في (مناقب عثمان بن عفان) على الصواب لجميع الرواة. ولعثمان بن عبد الله بن موهب ابن يقال له: عمرو بن عثمان، وهوالذي سماه شعبة: محمداً، وقد تقدم ذكر ذلك في كتاب الزكاة.
