ومنهم: يحيى بن أبي بكير ويحيى بن بكير رجلان. فالأول: هو يحيى بن أبي بكير بن نسر -بالسين المهملة والنون- أبو زكريا الكوفي العبدي قاضي كرمان، يروي عن زائدة بن قدامةوإسرائيل وزهير ومعاوية، مخرج حديثه في الكتابين، وأبوه أبو بكير يروي عنه سفيان الثوري. والثاني: يحيى بن عبد الله بن بكير المصري، صاحب الليث ومالكٍ، وكثيراً ما ينسب إلى جده بكير فيقال: يحيى بن بكير. حدث عنه البخاري، وروى عن رجل عنه، روى مسلم عن ابن نمير وأبي زرعة الرازي وأبي بكر بن إسحاق عنه.
