    يسر ويسرة فـ (يسر) بتحريك الياء والسين المهملة، هو: أبو اليسر كعب بن عمرو الأنصاري ثم السلمي، شهد العقبة وبدراً، حدث عنه عبادة بن الوليد بن عبادة بن الصامت. روى له مسلم وحده حديثاً واحداً. و (يسرة) بزيادة هاء التأنيث في آخر الكلمة وسين مهملة محركةٍ أيضاً على مثال شجرة؛ هو: يسرة بن صفوان بن جميل اللخمي الشامي أبو صفوان، عن إبراهيم ابن سعد ونافع بن عمر، من شيوخ البخاري، تفرد به. قال أبو علي: سمعت حكم بن محمد يقول: سمعت أبا بكر بن إسماعيل يقول: سمعت أبا بشر الدولابي يقول: يسرة بن صفوان يكنى أبا عبد الرحمن.
