    عبلة وعلية فـ (عبلة) بالباء المقدمة على اللام وهي ساكنة، هو: إبراهيم بن أبي عبلة، واسم أبي عبلة شمر بن يقظان العقيلي الشامي، عن عمر بن عبد العزيز وعقبة بن وساج، روى عنه محمد بن حمير ومعقل بن عبيد الله الجزري. رويا له جميعاً. و (علية) بضم العين والياء المعجمة باثنتين مشددةً، هو: إسماعيل بن علية، وهو إسماعيل بن إبراهيم بن سهمٍ أبو بشرٍ الأسدي مولاهم، أمه علية، أحد الأئمة في الحديث.
