    ٣٣٢ - والفاضل أبي منصور المظفر بن محمد بن المظفر بن الحسين المنبجي وينعت بالناصح: أديب كامل، يكتب خطا حسنا، وينظم شعرا جيدا. اجتمعت به في القاهرة وكتبت عنه قطعا من نظمه وسافر إلى الإسكندرية وأقام بها مدة ثم فارقها مسافرا إلى بلاد اليمن وهو يومئذ مقيم بها، وأنشدني لنفسه بالقاهرة: أحبابنا أنا من أيام هجركم … حرمت نومي وما حللت من جلدي وكنت أحسب أسبابا لبينكم … وقط ما دار هذا البين في خلدي غربتم في تجافيكم علي وقد … غربتموني بهذا الهجر في بلدي وذكر في باب "المُرِّيّ" و"المَرِيّيّ" و"المِزِّيّ"، الأول بضم الميم وكسر الراء المشددة، ذكر فيه رجلين، وفاته:
