    ٢٠٢ - وأخوهما أبو التقى صالح بن مكي: سمع بإفادة والده بالإسكندرية من الحافظ أبي طاهر أحمد بن محمد السلفي وبمصر من أبي إبراهيم القاسم بن إبراهيم المقدسي وأبي الطاهر بن ياسين وغيرهما، وحدث. سمع منه الحافظ المنذري مولده في إحدى الجماديين سنة "إحدى وستين وخمسمائة". وتوفي في الثاني والعشرين من شعبان سنة "ست عشرة وستمائة بثغر دمياط، وهو في حصر العدو -خذله الله تعالى- ذكره الحافظ أبو بكر بن نقطة في كتابه "إكمال الإكمال" ولم يذكر سواه وقال: رأيته ولم أسمع منه شيئًا.
