١٠٩ - أبو الفضل محمد بن عبد الرشيد بن ناصر بن علي بن أحمد بن رجا الرجائي:من أهل أصبهان، قدم بغداد حاجا في سنة "ثلاث وستين وخمسمائة" وحدث بها عن أبي الفضل جعفر بن عبد الواحد الثقفي قبل خروجه إلى مكة، فسمع منه الحافظ أبو المحاسن عمر بن علي القرشي الدمشقي وغيره. وسأله القرشي عن مولده فقال: في صفر سنة "سبع عشرة وخمسمائة"، وقال غيره: توجه محمد بن عبد الرشيد صحبة الحاج وخرج عن بغداد في أوائل ذي القعدة من سنة "ثلاث وستين وخمسمائة" فبلغ الحلة فتوفي بها في الشهر المذكور ودفن هناك. ذكر ذلك الحافظ أبو عبد الله ابن الدبيثي في تاريخه.
