٤٤ - أبو عبد الله محمد بن أبي طالب عقيل بن سالم بن عقيل يعرف بابن الإمام، وينعت بالبهاء: سمع من الشيخ أبي الفضل منصور بن أبي الحسن بن إسماعيل الطبري بحلب، وروى عنه بدمشق. سمع منه جماعة من أصحابنا، وتولى ديوان الزكاة بدمشق مدة، وتقلب في الخدم الديوانية، ولم أتحقق مولده ولا وفاته. وذكر في باب "ثروان" جماعة، وأغفل ذكر:
