    ٢٨ - الفقيه أبي التقى صالح بن أبي بكر بن أبي الشبل سلامة المقدسي المصري الحاكم بمدينة حمص: مولده في ذي القعدة سنة "سبعين وخمسمائة" بمصر. سمع من شيخنا القاضي أبي القاسم بن الحرستاني وأبي اليمن الكندي وغيرهما، وكان حسن الطريقة، مشكور السيرة، لقيته بحمص وقرأت عليه جزء الأنصاري بسماعه من الإمام أبي اليمنالكندي بسماعه من القاضي أبي بكر محمد بن عبد الباقي الأنصاري، وسنده معروف. وفاته في هذه الترجمة "بقي" بضم الباء الموحدة وفتح القاف وبعدها ياء مشددة آخر الحروف وهو:
