    ٦١٦٠ اشتهر بها الشيخ الفاضل أبو الهيثم. القاضي الإمام الكبير، فقيه "نيسابور" محمد بن جعفر بن إسماعيل. أخذ الفقه عن قاضي الحرمين. وعنه أخذ فقهاء "نيسابور"، والقاضي أبو محمد الناصحي، والقاضي أبو العلاء صاعد بن محمد الإستوائي، وهو خال نصر بن أحمد الحامدي المذكور في حرف النون. وأيضا: اشتهر بها عتبة بن خيثمة الفقيه. حكى عن أبي حنيفة أنه أجاز أن يقرأ ﴿وَإِذِ ابْتَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ رَبُّهُ بِكَلِمَاتٍ﴾ برفع الميم من إبراهيم، ونصب الباء من ربه، ومعناه سأل ربه، فأجابه، وأتحفه، وابتلاه، واختاره السؤال، هل يجيب أم لا، فسأله مخبرا، فصار سؤالا، كما أن الدعاء سؤال، وإن كان بلفظ الدعاء، تقدم في بابه. وأيضا:
