    ٦١٤٢ اشتهر بها الشيخ الفاضل أبو كامل. روى عنه إسماعيل بن حماد بن أبي حنيفة، قال: قال الأعمش: لم ترك صاحبكم -يعنى أبا حنيفة- قول عبد الله بن مسعود رضى الله عنه: بيع الأمة طلاقها؟ قال: قلت له: لم حدثتنيه أنت عن إبراهيم عن الأسود عن عائشة رضى الله عنها أنها ابتاعت بريرة، فأعتقتها، ولها زوج، فخيرها رسول الله ﷺ، فاختارت نفسها. قال: لا يكون التخيير إلا والنكاح قائم. فقال الأعمش: هذا ألطف.
