٦١٢٢ اشتهر بها الشيخ الفاضل أبو علي البستي. قال الإمام سراج الدين الفرضى في فصل في الصنف الثاني: أولاهم بالميراث، أقربهم إلى الميت من أيّ جهة، كان وعند الاستواء، فمن كان يدني لوارث فهو أولى عند أبي سهل الفرائضي، وأبي الفضل الخفاف، وعلي بن عيسى البصري، ولا تفصيل له عند أبي سليمان الجوزجاني، وأبي على البستي.
