    ٦١٢١ اشتهر بها الشيخ الفاضل أبو علي بن المثنى القاضي. قاضي "هيت". قال ابن الأثير في "الكامل": كان ورعا فقيها حنفيا، كان من أصحاب القأضي أبي عبد الله الدامغاني. قتل في صفر سنة خمس وتسعين وأربعمائة. وأيضا: اشتهر بها أبو علي الفارسي الإمام. الحسن بن الخطير، تقدم. قلت: وليس بأبي علي الحسن الفارسي الإمام النحوي الكبير هذا اسمه الحسن بن أحمد بن عبد الغفار، مات سنة سبع وسبعين وثلاثمائة، وإنما وافقه الحسن بن الخطير هذا في الكنية والاسم والنسبة وجمع العلوم.وأيضا:
