    ٦٠٧٩ - اشتهر بها الشيخ الفاضل أبو حمزة السكري. سمع أبا حنيفة، يقول: إذا جاء الحديث صحيح الإسناد عن رسول الله ﷺ أخذنا. وإذا جاء عن أصحابه تخيرنا، ولم نخرج من قولهم. وإذا جاء عن التابعين زاحمناهم. قال خالد بن صُبيح: حمعنا أبا حمزة السكري يقول غير مرة: هذا الذي سمعت من أبي حنيفة أحبّ إليَّ من مائة ألف. قال أبو العلاء صاعد بن محمد: روي عن أبي حمزة السكري، قال: ما رأيت أحدا قط من العلماء أحسن قولا في أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ من أبي حنيفة، وكان يعطي كل ذي حقّ حقّه من الفضل، وما ذكر واحدا منهم بالنقص، حتى مضى لسبيله.
