٦٠٥٠ - اشتهر بها الشيخ الفاضل أبو بكر بن سعيد. ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في كتابه "الجواهر"، فقال: ذكر قاضى خان في "فتاويه": حوض صغير تنجس ماؤه، فدخل الماء من جانب، وخرج من جانب. قال الفقيه أبو جعفر: يصير طاهرا، لأن الماء الجاري غلب على النجس، فكان بمنزلة الماء الجاري. وقال أبو بكر بن سعيد: لا يطهر حتى يخرج منه ثلاث مرات، مثل ما كان فى الحوض من الماء النجس. مات سنة ثمان وعشرين وثلاثمائة. وأيضا:
