٥٩٨٧ - الشيخ الفاضل يوسف بن موسى بن محمد بن أحمد الملطي، الحنفي، المعروف بالجمال الملطى جمال الدين، أبو المحاسن * فقيه، من القضاة. أصله من "خرتبرت" بـ "ديار بكر"، ومولده بـ "ملطية" في شمالي "سورية"، وقدم "حلب"، وولي قضاء الحنفية بـ "مصر" في أواخر أعوامه، وتوفي بـ "القاهرة" سنة ٨٠٣ هـ.من تصانيفه: "المعتصر من المختصر" أي "اختصار معاني الآثار" للطحاوي في فروع الفقه الحنفي. * * *
