    ٥٩٢٧ - الشيخ الفاضل يوسف بن أحمد بن أبي بكر، الخوارزمي، الخاصي * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: عرف بذلك الإمام الكبير نجم الدين جمال الأئمة، جمع الفتاوى المشهورة. تفقّه على أبي بكر بن عبد الله من أقران نجم الأئمة عمر النسفي (¬١)، وسمع منه.قال الإمام اللكنوي ﵀ في "الفوائد": ذكر القارئ أنه كان في أوائل المائة السادسة، وإن له "الفتاوى"، و"مختصر الفصول"، وذكر صاحب "الكشف" وفاته عند ذكر "الفصول في الأصول" سنة أربع وثلاثين وستمائة. * * *
