    ٥٨٩٨ - الشيخ الفاضل يحيى البَنَّاء * * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: هو من أصحاب محمد بن الحسن. ذكره شمس الأيمة السرخسي فى مسئلة المسبوق أن ما يصلّيه مع الإمام آخر صلاته حكما عند أبي حنيفة وأبي يوسف، وعند محمدفحكم (¬١) القراءة والقنوت هو آخر صلاته، وفي حكم القعدة هو أول صلاته. وعلل لكل من القولين، ثم قال: وحكي عن يحيى البنَّاء، وكان من أصحاب محمد أنه سأله عن هذه المسئلة، فأجاب بما قلنا، فقال على وجه السخرية: هذه صلاة معكوسة. فقال محمد: لا أفلحت. وكان كما قال محمد، أفلح أصحابه، ولم يفلح بدعائه. * * *
