٥٨٨٢ - الشيخ الفاضل يحيى بن محمد بن صاعد ابن محمد بن أحمد ابن عبيد الله الصاعدي * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: مولده سنة إحدى وأربعمائة. روى عنه ابن أخيه محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن صاعد أبو سعد (¬١) النيسابوري قاضي القضاة. وولي قضاء "الرى" بعده بـ "نيسابور"، وأملى سنين، وكان من وجوه القضاة والرؤساء. ومات بـ "الري" سنة ستين وأربعمائة. * * *
