    ٥٨٧٠ - الشيخ الفاضل يحيى بن عبد الله بن الحسين أبو صالح، القاضي الإمام ابن قاضي القضاة أبي محمد الناصحي * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: هو فقيه من أهل التدريس والفتوى.من بيت العلم والقضاء والإمامة. وتقدم ذكر أبيه عبد الله (¬١). تفقه على أبيه، وتولى القضاء مدّة فى أيام القاضي الخطيب أبي نصر محمد بن عدنان اللوكري المذكور فى حرف الميم (¬٢). عقد له مجلس الإملاء، ([وأملى سنين]) (¬٣). ولد سنة خمس عشرة (¬٤) وأربعمائة. * * *
