٥٨٦١ - الشيخ الفاضل يحيى بن جعفر بن عبد الله ابن قاضي القضاة أبي عبد الله محمد بن علي الدامغاني، القاضي ظهير الدين أبو جعفر *ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: مولده سنة اثنتين وخمسين وخمسمائة بـ "بغداد". قال المنذري: سمع من أبيه، وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة، كتب إلينا بها من "حلب" غير مرة، إحداهن فى شوال سنة عشرين وستمائة. وهو من بيت القضاء والعلم. توفي سنة ثلاثين ومائة. * * *
