٥٧٨٧ - الشيخ العالم الفقيه أبو الوفاء الكشميري، أحد أكابر الفقهاء الحنفية.* ذكره صاحب "نزهة الخواطر"، وقال: وُلِدَ، ونشأ بـ "كشمير"، وتخرّج على مولانا محمد أشرف الجرخي، والشيخ أمان الله ابن خير الدين الكشميري، واشتهر في استخراج المسائل الفقهية، فولي الإفتاء، ومنح أرضا خراجية. له كتاب في الفقه في أربعة مجلّدات، وله "أنوار النبوّة" رسالة في الخصائص النبوية. مات سنة تسع وسبعين ومائة وألف، كما في "حدائق الحنفية". * * *
