    ١٢ - " دفع الإلحاد عن حكم الارتداد": أيام أعدم مرزا نعمت الله القادياني شنقا في مدينة" كابل" بدولة "أفغانستان" في يوليو ١٣٤٢ هـ، وذلك بمعتقداته الكفرية وخيالاته الإلحادية التي تمسّك، وتشبّث بها وبتجسّسه في "أفغانستان"، فأثيرت القضية هل يجوز قتل المرتدّ في الإسلام أم لا، فالكتاب بين أيديك إجابة تحقيقية عن هذا السؤال، جاء في تحقيق قتل المرتدّ وتقسيم الارتداد وتعريفه، تم طبعه في ٢٧ صفحة، سنة ١٣٤٣ هـ. قام الشيخ المحدث خليل أحمد الأنبيتهوي (¬١) بطبعه أولا على مصاريفه، وأعطى المؤلّف جائزة بتأليفه.
