    ٥ - " تنوير البصائر في تزويج الصغائر": قد وضع المستر تصدّق أحمد خان الشيرواني، محامي عضو المجلس التشريعي كتابا حاول بخلاله أن يؤكد للشعوب المسلمة أن نكاح من لم يبلغ لا يجوز في الإسلام، فردا عليه ألفه الشيخ المترجم "تنوير البصائر"، وتناول نظره وفكره ورأيه المزعوم الباطل بالرفض الصارخ، وأثبت جواز نكاحهم على ضوء ما في الكتاب والسنة، ظهر الكتاب هذا من لجنة هدايت الرشيد بجامعة مظاهر العلوم في يناير ١٣٤٨ هـ، وله ستّ وسبعون صفحة.
