٥٦٤٩ - الشيخ الفاضل نصر بن زياد بن نَهيك بن حُسْك أبو محمد * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: هو قاضي "نيسابور". تفقّه على محمد بن الحسن.وأخذ الأدب عن [النضر بن شميل] (¬١). وسمع ابن المبارك، وجرير بن عبد الحميد الضبي. وروى عنه ابناه محمد وأحمد، وسبطه أبو محمد أحمد بن إبراهيم بن عبد الله. قال الحاكم: ولي قضاء "نيسابور" بضعة عشر سنة، وكان كوفي المذهب. مات سنة ثلاث وثلاثين ومائتين، وهو ابن ست وتسعين سنة. وكان يأمر بالمعروف، وينهى عن المنكر، ويقوم الليل، ويصوم الاثنين والخميس والجمعة. * * *
