    تأسيسه للمجلة "الفرقان": اختار الشيخ النعماني ﵀ للدعوة والإصلاح طريق الكتابة والصحافة، فأسّس مجلة "الفرقان" الشهرية هادفًا بها إصلاح العقائد والأفكار، وتصحيع النظريات والتربية الدينية لعامة المسلمين، والتوعيةالإسلامية للشباب المسلم في "الهند"، وقد ظهر لعمله وجهوده هذه أطيب الأثر في مختلف الأوساط، واهتدى بها كثير من الذين كانوا في ظلمات المعتقدات الباطلة والضالة، وخمدت بها الفئات الضالة الهدامة لبنيان عقائد الإسلام المرصوص، وتحقق به نفع كبير جليل للتربية الدينية الطيبة.
