٥٥٣٩ - الشيخ الفاضل منصور بن جعفر بن علي ابن الحسن بن منصور ابن خالد بن يزيد بن المهلَّب ابن أبي صفرة المهلّبي * * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: قال السمعاني: كان فقيها بـ "سمرقند"، ومفتيها.لا يتقدّم أحد عليه في الفتوى بها (¬١). روى عنه تلميذه عبد الكريم بن محمد، وغيره. وتقدّم (¬٢). مات سنة اثنتين وخمسين وثلاثمائة. وقال الإدريسي: لم أرزق الكتابة (¬٣) عنه، وحدّثني عنه تلميذه الفقيه عبد الكريم، وغيره. * * *
