٥٤٥٥ - الشيخ الفاضل المظفَّر بن منصور، الطوسي، الخيني، أبو الفضل *ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: تفقّه بـ "سمرقند". وكان إماما، فقيها، فاضلا، أديبا، شاعرا. سمع كتب محمد بن نصر المروزي من أبي يحيى محمد بن إبراهيم. وخرج من "سمرقند" بعد الثلاثمائة، وأقام بـ "جرجان"، وتولى قضاء "أبسكون" (¬١)، وأوقاف (¬٢) "إستراباذ"، وخرج (¬٣) بها إلى جبال "طبرستان"، فمات بها. قال أبو سعد الإدريسي: كتبنا عنه، وكتب عنا (¬٤). * * *
