٥٤٤٩ - الشيخ الفاضل المطهَّر بن سليمان بن محمد، أبو بكر * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: قال الخطيب: كان عالما بالفرائض، ينتحل مذهب أهل "العراق" في الفقه.مات يوم الخميس، الثالث عشر من ربيع الآخر، سنة ثلاث وستين وثلاثمائة. [وقيل: أربع] (¬١). حدّث عن أبيه سليمان بن محمد، ومحمد بن محمد بن سليمان الباغندي في آخرين. وروى عنه أبو سعيد محمد بن علي بن عمرو النقَّاش، وأبو نُعيم أحمد بن عبد الله الحافظان في "معجميهما"، وذكره ابن النجَّار. وقال: كان من فقهاء أصحاب أبي حنيفة، رحمهم الله تعالى. وله معرفة بالفرائض. * * *
