    ٥٣٩٣ - الشيخ الفاضل مصطفى بن محمد القسطلاني، الرومي، ويعرف بالكستلي * من القضاة والمدرسين. قرأ على موالي "الروم"، وخدم المولى خضربك، ودرس في بعض المدارس، ثم ولي قضاء "بروسة" ثلاث مرات، ثم قضاء "أدرنة"، فقضاء "القسطنطينية"، فقضاء العسكر، وعزل، وعين له كل يوم مائة درهم، وتوفي بـ "القسطنطينية" سنة ٩٠١ هـ، ودفن بجوار أبي أيوب الأنصاري. من آثاره: "رسالة في سبع إشكالات من المواقف في علم الكلام" للإيجي، و"رسالة في جهة القبلة"، و"حاشية على عقائد النسفي" للتفتازاني، و "تعليقة على التوضيح" في أصول الفقه، و"رسالة في في تفسير قوله ﷾ فسحقا لأصحاب السعير". * * *
