    ٥٣٥٣ - الشيخ الفاضل مصطفى بن عبد بن إبراهيم الدمشقي، الدفتري بـ "دمشق"، وأحد رؤسها المشهورين بالأدب والنبل * *ذكره العلامة المرادي في "سلك الدرر"، وقال ما نصه: كان أديبًا بارعًا متودّدًا، حسن الخصال، يعاشر الأفاضل والأدباء، ويسايرهم، ويطالع كتب الأدب، ويجتهد في تحصيل الكمالات، وكان هو وأخوه أمير الأمراء محمد باشا أليفي سعد وإقبال وحليفي أدب وكمال وتقلبًا في رتب المعالي ومناصبها، وأقبلت عليهما الدنيا بمواهبها، وكانت وفاة المترجم في ثالث ذي الحجة، سنة سبع ومائة وألف، ودفن بتربة مرج الدحداح، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
