    ٥٣٠٧ - الشيخ الفاضل مسعود الإمامي * * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: سئل عن رجل تزوّج امرأة، ثم ذهب إلى "البلغار" (¬٢)، وخلَّف وكيلا بتطليق هذه المرأة بشرط أن تُبْريه من الصَّداق، وللوكيل شهود على ذلك، هل يحتاج في هذه الصورة إلى حكم حاكم، حتى يتمكّن الوكيل من تطليق هذه المرأة أم لا. فقال: لا. رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
