٥٢٨٨ - الشيخ الفاضل مسعود بن الحسين بن سعد القاضي، أبو الحسن، اليزدي *ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: مولده سنة خمس وخمسمائة. نقله ابن الجوزي في "المنتظم". أحد (¬١) الفقهاء الكبار على مذهب أبي حنيفة ﵁، وأحد المدرّسين (¬٢) بـ"بغداد"، وأحد القضاة والمفتين بها. قال: ودرَّس بمشهد (¬٣) أبى حنيفة [سنة خمس وستين وخمسمائة] (¬٤). ومات في سنة إحدى وسبعين وخمسمائة، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
