٥٢٧٤ - الشيخ العالم الفقيه مرتضى بن يحيى بن عبد الحق، العبّاسي، الجرياكوتي * ذكره العلامة عبد الحي الحسني في "نزهة الخواطر"، وقال: هو أحد الفقهاء الحنفية.ولد بـ"جرياكوت" سنة تسع وأربعين وألف. وقرأ العلم على جدّه لأمّه الشيخ عبد الفتّاح بن المبارك العبّاسي الجرياكوتي، ثم على أبيه يحيى، ولازمه ملازمة طويلة. له شرح على "ميراث نامه" لجدّه عبد الفتّاح، وله "كتاب الرضواني". مات سنة تسع ومائة وألف بـ"جرياكوت"، كما في "التاريخ المكرم". * * *
