٥٢٠٠ - الشيخ الفاضل محمود بن مسعود بن عبد الحميد، قاضي القضاة، أبو بكر، الشُّعَيبي، البوزَجَنْدي * * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: تفقّه على شمس الأئمة السرخسى. قال عمر النسفي في "القند": كان إماما، فاضلًا، مفتيا، مناظرا، متميّزا.توفي بـ"سمرقند" سنة أربع عشرة وخمسمائة، وحمل تابوته إلى "بخارى"، رحمه لله تعالى. * * *
