    ٥١٤٤ - الشيخ الفاضل محمود بن أحمد بن الفرج بن عبد العزيز، الساغرجي السُّغدي، أبو المحامد تقدّم أبوه (¬١) * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: قال السمعاني: إمام، فاضل، متقن (¬٢)، بارع، عارف بالسنن (¬٣) والفقه. تفقّه على والده، والإمام البرهان، ورحل، وكتب الكتب بخطّه، كتبت عنه بـ"سمرقند". وكان له مجلس إملاء الحديث بكرة يوم الخميس (¬٤)، وقرأت عليه "تنبيه الغافلين" لأبي الليث، كان يرويه عن الخطيب النوحى (¬٥)، عن حفيده اليزيدي (¬٦) عنه.ولد سنة ثمانين وأربعمائة، ومات تقريبًا في (¬١) عشر الستين وخمسمائة (¬٢). * * *
