    ٥٠٥٥ - الشيخ العالم الفقيه القاضي محمد حسين، الجونبوري*ذكره العلامة عبد الحي الحسني في "نزهة الخواطر"، وقال هو أحد العُلماء المبرزين في الفقه والأصول. ولي القضاء بمدينة "جونبور" في أيام شاهجهان بن جهانكير الدهلوي سلطان "الهند"، ونقله عالمكير بن شاهجهان إلى مدينة "إله آباد" في أوائل عهده، ثم ولّاه الاحتساب، وأضاف إلى منصبه، وهو ممن بذل جهده في تدوين "الفتاوى الهندية". مات في الثالث عشر من جلوس عالمكير على سرير الملك نحو سنة ست وسبعين وألف. * * *
