٤٩٠١ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن نصر الله بن محمد بن سالم، أبو عبد الله الهيتيابن أخي القاضي إبراهيم بن محمد بن سالم الهيتي* ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: شهد عند قاضى القضاة أبي القاسم علي بن الحسين الزينبي في صفر سنة خمس وثلاثين وخمسمائة، فقبل شهادته، قلّد قضا "هيت" مدة. ثم عزل عن القضاء، وكان فهما. سمع الحديث من أبي القاسم هبة الله بن محمد بن عبد الواحد بن الحصين. قال ابن النجَّار: وما أظنّه روى شيئا. ذكر (¬١) صدقة بن الحدَّاد أنه مات يوم الأحد السادس عشر من ربيع الأول، سنة ثلاث وستين وخمسمائة، ودفن بـ"الخيزرانية"، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
