٤٨٣٩ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن محمود بن خليل الحلبي، ويعرف بابن أجا * فاضل، أصله من "قونية"، وولد بـ "حلب" سنة ٨٢٠ هـ، ونشأ بها، فحفظ القرآن، و"القدوري" في الفقه، و "المنار" في الأصول، و"الضوء" في النحو. وأخذ عن البدر بن سلامة وغيره، وسمع البرهان الحلبي، ورحل إلى "القاهرة"، وولي قضاء الجيش في الدولة الشركسية، وصحب الداوادار الكبيريشبك حين مجيئه بالجنود المصرية إلى جهات "حلب" لمحاربة شاه سوار الخارج على المصريين في "عينتاب" و"مرعش". وتوفي بـ "حلب" في جمادى الآخرة سنة ٨٨١ هـ. من آثاره: "طبقات الحنفية" في ثلاث مجلدات و"رحلة". * * *
