٤٧٨٠ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن محمد بن محمد بن الفضل الماهاني، المروزي القاضي، أبو نصر من أهل "مرو" *ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: قال أبو سعد في "ذيله": كان من أهل العلم والفضل، وكان من فقهاء أصحاب أبي حنيفة، عمِّر، حتى صار محدّث عصره، وحدّث بالكثير. وسمعوا منه. ولد في سنة اثنتي عشرة وأربعمائة. ومات سنة ثلاث وخمسمائة. رحل إلى "العراق" و"الشام"، و"الجزيرة". وكان خليفة القاضي محمد بن عدنان اللوكري (¬١). والماهاني نسبة إلى بعض الأجداد، اسمه ماهان. * * *
