    ٤٧٤٩ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن محمد بن سلّام البلخي، أبو نصر من أقران أبي حفص الكبير * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: روى عن يحيى بن نصير البلخي. قلت لأحمد بن حنبل: ما الذي نقمتم على هذا الرجل، يعني أبا حنيفة. قال: الرأي. قال: فقلت له: هذا مالك بن أنس، ألم يتكلم بالرأي؟ قال: نعم. ولكن رأي أبي حنيفة خلَّد الكتب.فقلت: قد خلَّد رأي مالك الكتب. قال: أبو حنيفة أكثر رأيا منه. فقلت له: فهل لا تكلمتم في هذا بحصّته، وفي هذا بحصّته. قال: فسكت. مات سنة خمس وثلاثمائة، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
