    ٤٦٢٠ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن علي بن سعيد بن المطهّر ابن عبد العزيز البخاري، عرف بفخر القضاة * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: قال السمعاني: كان شيخا، فاضلا، مسندا، مسنّا. من أولاد المحدّثين، مكثرا من الحديث. قدم "مرو" ليحمل الزاهد الصفّار إلى "بخارى". وكان ختنه، سنة (¬١) البرد الشديد، وهي (¬٢) سنة سبع وعشرين، فكتب لي الإجازة بخطّه، [وحصّل لي خطّ الزاهد إبراهيم بن إسماعيل الصفّار] (¬٣). ثم ذكر السمعاني ما سمع منه من الكتب، فأطال، ثم ذكر أنه ولد سنة خمس وخمسين وأربعمائة.ومات سنة ثمان وثلاثين وخمسمائة. قال: وزرت قبره عند "تَلِّ أبي حفص الكبير"، رحمهما الله تعالى. * * *
