٤٥٧٩ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن عبد الكريم بن عثمان الإمام المفتي * * عرف بابن الشمَّاع.ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: مولده سنة تسع وعشرين وستمائة. تفقّه على قاضي القضاة شمس الدين ابن عطاء (¬١). وتفقّه عليه قاضي القضاة شمس الدين ابن الحريري، ودرّس بالخاتونية والصادرية. وكان عارفا بمذهب أبي حنيفة، رضى الله عنه. مات سنة ستّ وسبعين وستمائة، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
