إن لمحمد بن الحسن منة عظيمة على المذاهب كلها: إن لمحمد بن الحسن منة عظيمة على المذاهب كلها، أما مذهب الإمام الأعظم أبي حنيفة النعمان فمحمد محرّره وناشره، وكتبه المشهورة بظاهر الرِّواية أصله وأساسه. و"الأسدية" التي هى أصل "المدونة" في مذهب مالك إنما ألفت في ضوء كتب محمد كما سبق، والشافعي رحمه الله تعالى إنما ألفت قديمه وجديده بعد أن تفقه على محمد، وكتب كتبه، وحفظ منها ما حفظ. وابن حنبل كان يجاوب في المسائل من كتب محمد، هكذا من بعدهم من الفقهاء، وذلك فضل الله يؤتيه من يشاء (¬٢).
