٤٣٧٠ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن الحسن بن أحمد بن على بن محمد الدامغاني أبو الفضل بن أبي محمد ابن أبي الحسين ابن قاضي القضاة أبى الحسن ابن قاضى القضاة أبى عبد الله * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: قال ابن النجّار: من أهل بيت القضاء، والتقدّم، والفضل، والعلم. شهد عند قاضي القضاة أبي الحسن علي بن أحمد في ثاني عشر شوّال سنة خمس وسبعين وخمسمائة، فقبل شهادته. وتولى النظر في ترب الخلفاء بالرصافة. وتوفي شابا في شوال سنة اثنتين وتسعين وخمسمائة. ودفن عند أبيه، رحمهما الله تعالى. * * *
